Denver Real Estate Market is on the Rebound!

Reporting “live” from the trenches, I think it’s safe to say that the Denver real estate market is rebounding.  Homes are selling in a matter of days with multiple offers.  In the last few weeks, buyers have decided that it is time to leap and they all seem to be jumping on the same homes. New Riverwalk planned for greater Cherry Creek community

An exciting and unique re-development is in the works for the city of Glendale – a city that has recently seen a good deal of change. L’Esprit de Noël Holiday Home Tour Highlights one of Denver’s Best Neighborhoods.

The L’Esprit de Noël Holiday Home Tour and Boutique is back this holiday season for its 35th year.  Five homes, located in the popular Morgans Historic District, will be hosted and open for tours on November 18 and 19 from 10- 4pm.  The fund-raising event, organized by the Central City Opera Guild, is considered one of Denver’s signature holiday events and benefits Central City Opera. Morgan’s Historic District is located along the southern border of the Denver Botanic Gardens and includes only 57 homes.
